So, I have time to read those little tidbits of Star Trek history/STO tips on the loading screen, when I notice one of them says that Grand Nagus Rom did something, I forget what it was at this time. I can't help but think to my self Rom...Rom....that name sounds familliar to me. Well I finissh the mission and later decide to watch DS9 on netflix when I learn how it is that Rom was a familiar name to me... It's Quark's brother. I start to laugh when I realize this. This is the next Grand Nagus? WOW?! But as I watch through to season 4 (which is where I am currently at in the series now I can understand how he becomes Grand Nagus. He may seek meek, and rather idoitic but queitly he is a very smart Ferenghi (I'm sure I misspelt that). Just something I wanted to share with Y'all...

Okay, maybe it's not really extortion, but people who know me personally know I can turn almost anything into profit. Some call me a con-man, others an extortionist, I personally prefer the term entrepreneur. In either case, what I am doing to acquire a new ship for my KDF character that requires 120,000 dilithium, I am purchasing about 350 to 400 cryptic points slowly from both of my characters through the exchange and wait until the inflation on the cryptic points is enough to equal at least 100,000 dilithium making a profit of over 120+ on some of the points, but I will profit either way. I love that the KDF side has more missions where you can earn dilithium on a regular basis. Like the empire defense missions, once you complete one and get your rewards of 1440 dilithium, you can do it again without having to wait a day or at all for that matter. Just a tip if ya'll want a bunch of dilithium. as for actually getting cryptic points, it'll take way too long by this method to earn them. That's the only downside.

As of recently, especially on PvP queues where i die a lot at times, I began having both of my characters collecting data samples until they reach their max of 250 samples, and no I don't keep collecting through duty officers cause that just takes too long, once I get over 100,000 to 200,000 energy credits I splurge on data samples until I max them out. The PvP queues definitely help with the credits, even if I lose. So once I get one or both of my characters to craft everything, I will post and let you guys know.

Hi everyone! In addition to our newly created Facebook page, we are excited to announce that the United Federation is now on Twitter!

I'm sure explanations aren't necessary, but just in case, Twitter is a popular microblogging service for sharing short 140 character "tweets" with other users. Twitter provides a great way to share information with a large audience, allowing us to keep members "in the loop" and meet prospective recruits.
Follow us on Twitter @united_fed!

As I sit here jamming to Stevie Ray Vaughan and viewing all the changes I cant help but marvel at the day to day activity of the Fleet as a whole. STO's command changes went flawless and seamless, tough choices on the AXO position but we managed.
Activity is growing and remaining strong in STO. Possible new recruits all over sector space just gotta approach and engage.
Battlefield 3 is rolling back up slowly, activity gaining there as well just need to remain persistent and steady in our efforts. I hear pray tell Eric and funeman may have a surprise for our humble little fleet. More news to follow on that when it happens but I think you will know what im talking about when and if it happens.
Vice Centry CanadianJoe as accepted the role of multigame supervisor as we have deemed that division does not need a commander but more so a supervisor.
As I sign off I am now jamming to Queen, yes Queen....till the next time.
Hope to see you on the battlefield.

As of returning home yesterday, but actually started saturday, my allergies began acting up. Then, they progressively got worse to where I was scheduled for a doctor's appointment to which my allergies had become a sinus/respiratory infection. Just my luck. I've missed two days of work and one day of school. However, I've had no internet access at all since my Dad is an IT Specialist and was using the internet to back up all of his system settings and whatnot for work onto his career network server. Also, I was out of town, go figure. Due to the sickness, as you may well imagine, this illness has rendered me quite incapacitated between vomiting, coughing and constant nose blowing. Taking into consideration the desire of fellow players to NOT wanting to hear that, I will be listening on TS3, but I am keeping off my microphone because I know that I wouldn't want to hear that from another if possible. Not being mean or anything, I just think that it would cause for an awkward moment of just hearing that. Once I am back to my old self, I will fully participate in TS3. All this is for is to inform everyone who may wish to know why I am not talking on TS3, just in case.

With STO in full swing I expect nothing but growth from that division. Battlefield 3 is going to be a tough nut to crack, maps, fast pace game play and today's economic status the recruits will be tough to come by but not entirely impossible. Diligence and hard work will be the order of the day. Change is inevitable, as a fleet we must change, remain dynamic and over come all obstacles we are given as a group. Without each other we are not as strong nor as fun.
I hope to see you all on the battlefield as I pick up my activity now that work has leveled out and things are smoothing out.
Now I am just relaxing outside enjoying the nice, not-blistering-hot, weather. However, school starts again Monday so I'm trying to finish my school project and can't play STO for a bit until I get caught up. Unfortunately, I had completely forgotten about it. Though, I will post it on Youtube because the project is a movie I'm making discussing various Star Trek ideas that have become realities.
